Respite Care
Respite services are intended to provide the primary caregiver, and person receiving supports, a break from day-to-day care. This may be overnight, during a caregiver’s travel, or anytime the caregiver needs respite for daily care responsibilities. Respite is provided on an hourly basis, and may occur in the person’s own home, or the home of the Respite staff if preferred by the individual in services. Individuals may request up to 720 hours of respite each year in the Person- Centered Plan.

You or your CCS may send referral information to ccireferrals1@gmail.com. Please send the most recent Person-Centered Plan, Health Risk Screening Tool and best point of contact for the individual applying for services.
Schedule a “meet and greet” with the CCI, Inc. team, learn about our services and a program that would be right for you. Your CCS is welcome to join the meet and greet too!
Once you’ve chosen to work with CCI, Inc. we will work closely with your team to develop a schedule, outcomes and goals and service plans to meet your needs. We will work with your CCS to get you started with services as soon as possible!
