Employment Services

Employment Services include different program options based on each individual’s level of need regarding the employment process. CCI, Inc. provides individualized support in identifying and securing competitive employment within the individual’s community.

  • Discovery (Milestones 1–3)

    A short-term, person-centered service (typically completed within 90 days) that identifies an individual’s strengths, interests, and ideal job conditions. Each milestone is a separate, documented service.

  • Job Development

    Offers personalized job search assistance, including finding job leads, resume support, interview preparation, and application help. Services may be provided in person or remotely and focus on securing competitive integrated employment.

  • Ongoing Job Supports

    Provides one-on-one support to help individuals maintain competitive employment and build independence. Services are delivered in the community based on each person’s schedule.

  • Follow-Along Supports

    Includes at least two monthly face to face check-ins to help individuals maintain employment. Support may involve phone calls, coordination with employers, or remote/in-person meetings based on the individual’s preferences and plan.

  • Co-worker Employment Supports

    Provides short-term, on-the-job support from coworkers to help with training, skill-building, and workplace integration, fostering long-term employment success.

  • Self-Employment Development Supports

    Helps individuals explore and start small businesses, including business planning, funding options, licensing, marketing, and connecting with professional resources.

  2. You or your CCS may send referral information to ccireferrals1@gmail.com. Please send the most recent Person-Centered Plan, Health Risk Screening Tool and best point of contact for the individual applying for services.

  3. Schedule a “meet and greet” with the CCI, Inc. team, learn about our services and a program that would be right for you.  Your CCS is welcome to join the meet and greet too!

  4. Once you’ve chosen to work with CCI, Inc. we will work closely with your team to develop a schedule, outcomes and goals and service plans to meet your needs.  We will work with your CCS to get you started with services as soon as possible!
